The Challenge

PREMIUM FORMULA WITH ORDINARY PRESENTATION.

The client manufactured a scientifically validated nutritional formula, but was struggling to secure retail shelf placement in high-end department stores due to generic packaging and inconsistent factory print runs.

Previous print batches had experienced foil peeling and misaligned folding flaps, eroding consumer confidence and threatening distributor relationships.

The Approach

METRIC DIE-LINE INTEGRATION & PREPRESS RIGOR.

TheNexusLogic drafted new micron-accurate CAD die-lines with reinforced tuck-end folds and engineered separate finishing plates for metallic copper hot-foil stamping and soft-touch matte lamination.

Simultaneously, we built a suite of photorealistic 3D studio mockups that enabled their executive team to pitch international retail buyers months before physical factory samples landed.
